Above is a Satallite image of the Observatory and surrounding area taken in July 2002. Inside the red line is the property
and the roof top that is red is the Observatory. If you look West slightly from the roof you can just about make out a dumpster.
This was still there from the construction since this was actually taken before the construction was complete.

Java must be enabled for radar loops to display.

In Netscape:
Select: Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced
Check "Enable Java" and "Enable Javascript"

In Internet Explorer
Select: Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab
Select the Internet zone and set the Security level for the zone to "Medium"

You may need to restart your browser after making these changes.
